Winchester’s new Pierce pumper is now on the production line! This Pierce Enforcer® will feature 750 gallon tank with 1500 gpm waterous CSU and a husky 3 single agent foam system. This custom apparatus was designed to fit the Town of Winchester’s needs for years to come and we are excited to be starting the build to bring this pumper home to join the Winchester Fire Department’s fleet.

updates from the factory floor!
May 5, 2023: This week, the new Winchester pumper began its production with the fabrication of the new cab.
May 15, 2023: Winchester’s cab completed fabrication this week and will be heading to paint!
May 20, 2023: The cab was released to paint and began the priming stages. Can’t wait to see the color applied!
May 30, 2023: This week the body began fabrication. The cab will continue through the paint process.
June 5, 2023: On the factory floor this week, Winchester’s new pump house structure was fabricated while the body continued the fabrication process. The cab made progress through paint.
June 12, 2023: Moving right along! The cab continued through paint processes, the pump house structure continued initial assembly, and the body completed fabrication!
June 19, 2023: This week, Winchester’s cab made progress through paint and was staged for initial assembly which should happen in the next couple of weeks while the pump house make progress. The body began the paint processes this week, as well.
June 26, 2023: Winchester’s cab began the process of initial assembly, this week while the pump house completed its initial assembly. The body continued through paint.
July 29, 2023: Since the last report the cab and pump house were installed on the frame. The chassis assembly continued and the body completed initial assembly! Next week chassis assembly may continue.
August 12, 2023: Winchester F.D.’s new Pierce pumper has completed initial assembly! It will continue to move on through final assembly next week!
August 19, 2023: This week Winchester FD’s new Pierce Enforcer Pumper completed final assembly! Congratulations! The apparatus will now be released for testing, installation of optional content, and final inspection.
