A New Pierce Enforcer Pumper is in production at the Appleton, WI factory! This latest addition to the Franconia, NH fleet features an enclosed pump house, 1500 GPM pump, 1000 gallon water tank, 171″ ladders, 3 crosslays, and a light tower! June 1, 2024: Franconia Fire Department’s new Pierce Pumper is now in production! This week the cab began fabrication. Next week it may complete fabrication and release to paint!

June 8, 2024: This week the cab completed fabrication and began the paint process, while the body began fabrication! Next week the cab may continue through paint while the body may continue the fabrication process.

June 15, 2024: This week the cab completed paint and began initial assembly, the frame build began, and the body completed fabrication! Next week the cab may continue initial assembly, the frame build may continue, and the body may remain staged to begin the paint process.

June 21, 2024: This week the cab continued initial assembly, the frame build continued, the pump house began initial assembly, and the body began the paint process! Next week these processes may continue. 

July 12, 2024: This week the pump house and body were merged with the chassis and your apparatus was staged. In the next report, your chassis may begin final assembly!

July 19, 2024: This week the apparatus began final assembly. In the next report, final assembly may continue. 

July 26, 2024: This week the apparatus completed final assembly and released to quality and graphics where any remaining content will be applied. In the next report the quality process may continue. 

August 2, 2024: This week the apparatus continued the quality and graphics process applying any remaining content. Once finished, it will move forward to make ready for the customer acceptance inspection. This will be the final report.
