A new Pierce Enforcer PUC Pumper in getting underway in production at the Pierce Manufacturing Facility in Appleton, WI. This new fire apparatus will feature a 1500 gpm 750 gallon pump. We can wait to see this new member of the Millis Fire Department’s fleet in it’s home bay! See the weekly progress below.

September 30, 2023: This week the cab was fabricated and began the paint process! Next week it may continue through paint.
October 7, 2023: This week the cab moved through the paint process, which will continue next week!
October 21, 2023: This week the cab continued through paint! Next week the cab may continue the paint process.
October 28, 2023: This week the cab completed paint! Next week the cab may be staged to begin initial assembly while the body may begin the paint process.
November 4, 2023: This week the cab began initial assembly while the body began the paint process. Next week the cab may continue initial assembly while the body may continue through paint.
November 11, 2023: This week the cab continued initial assembly, the frame build began, and the body completed paint! Next week the cab may continue initial assembly, the frame build may continue, and the body may remain staged to begin initial assembly.
November 18, 2023: This week the cab continued initial assembly, and the frame build continued. Next week the frame build may continue, and the body may begin initial assembly.
December 2, 2023: This week the cab and body were merged with the frame while assembly continued! Next week the apparatus may complete initial assembly followed by the start of final assembly!
December 8, 2023: This week the apparatus completed initial assembly followed by the start of final assembly! Next week final assembly will continue!
December 16, 2023: This week the apparatus completed final assembly and was released to testing! In the next report testing may continue.
December 23, 2023: This week the apparatus completed testing and released to quality and graphics.
December 29, 2023: This week Millis Fire Department’s new Pierce Enforcer continued through quality and graphics where any remaining content will be added. This truck is almost complete and will be released for final inspection soon!
