A New Pierce Enforcer Pumper is in production at the Appleton, WI factory! This latest addition to the Newport, NH fleet features an enclosed pump house, 1250 GPM pump, 1,000 gallon water tank, duo-safety ladder storage, Husky-3 foam system, and 20 gallon foam cell! July 19, 2024: Newport Fire Department’s Enforcer Pumper cab completed fabrication and began the paint process. The pump house structure was fabricated and staged.
July 26, 2024: In this report Newport FD’s Enforcer cab continued through the paint process and the pumphouse structure remained staged.
August 2, 2024: Newport Fire Department’s new Pierce Enforcer Pumper cab has completed the paint process. The pumphouse structure remained staged and the body began fabrication.
August 9, 2024: In this report Newport FD’s Enforcer cab began initial assembly and the frame buildout continued. The pump house began initial assembly and the body began the paint process.
August 15, 2024: Newport Fire Department’s new Pierce Enforcer Pumper cab and pump house were installed on the frame. The chassis was staged while the body continued through paint.
August 23, 2024: In this report Newport FD’s Enforcer chassis remained staged, the body completed paint and began initial assembly.
August 30, 2024: Newport Fire Department’s new Pierce Enforcer Pumper body completed initial assembly and was merged with the chassis followed by the start of final assembly.
September 6, 2024: In this report Newport FD’s Enforcer apparatus continued final assembly. In the next report, the apparatus may complete final assembly and move forward to testing.
