Tewksbury, MA Fire Department’s new Pierce Pumper is underway on the factory floor in Appleton, WI. This Enforcer will feature a 1500gpm 1000g (980g water and 20 gal foam) Husky 3 pump. See the weekly progress as this apparatus gets prepped to join the Tewksbury fleet!

August 12, 2023: This week the cab continued through paint, the pump house structure was fabricated, and the body began fabrication. Next week the pump house may begin initial assembly!
August 19, 2023: This week the body completed fabrication! Next week the body may release to paint.
August 26, 2023: This week the cab continued the paint process, and the pump house began initial assembly. Next week the cab may continue through paint, and the pump house may continue initial assembly.
September 1, 2023: This week the cab completed paint, the frame build began, and the pump house was painted! Next week the body may begin the paint process.
September 8, 2023: This week the pump house completed initial assembly, the frame build continued, and the body began the paint process! Next week the frame build and body paint will continue.
September 15, 2023: This week the cab began initial assembly and the body continued through paint. Next week the cab may continue initial assembly.
September 23, 2023: This week the cab and pump house were installed on the frame, while the body completed paint and began initial assembly! Next week the body may continue initial assembly.
September 30, 2023: This week the body completed initial assembly. Next week the body may be merged with the chassis!
October 7, 2023: This week the body was merged with the chassis followed by the start of final assembly. Next week final assembly may continue.
October 14, 2023: This week final assembly continued, and will continue next week.
October 23, 2023: This week the apparatus completed final assembly and released to testing! Tewksbury FD’s new Pierce Pumper is almost complete!
