Third Apparatus for Brockton, MA!

Finally, for Brockton’s new apparatus hat trick the fire department’s new Enforcer Pumper/Squad has begun production on the factory floor at Pierce Manufacturing in Appleton, WI! It will feature a 1500 gpm (750g water/20g foam), 152″ body with full height, Tak-4, Whelen lighting and more. Check out the specs below. updates from the factory floor!

May 4, 2024: Brockton Fire Department’s new Enforcer is now in production! This week the pump house structure was fabricated, and the cab began fabrication. Next week the cab may continue the fabrication process! 

May 11, 2024: This week the cab completed fabrication and began the paint process! The transverse compartment and body were both fabricated. Next week the cab may continue through paint, and the transverse compartment may be painted.

May 18, 2024: This week the cab completed paint and began initial assembly, the transverse compartment was painted, and the pump house began initial assembly. Next week the cab and pump house structure may continue initial assembly, and the body may be staged to begin the paint process!

May 25, 2024: This week the cab continued initial assembly, the frame build began, and the body began the paint process! Next week all of these processes may continue. 

June 1, 2024: This week the cab was installed on the frame, the pump house was staged to begin the paint process, and the body completed paint and began initial assembly! Next week the pump house may be painted, and the body may continue initial assembly.

June 8, 2024: This week the transverse compartment completed paint, the pump house was painted then continued initial assembly, and the body completed initial assembly! Next week the transverse compartment and pump house may continue initial assembly together.

June 15, 2024: This week the transverse compartment, pump house, and body were merged with the chassis followed by the start of final assembly. Next week the apparatus may continue final assembly.

June 21, 2024: This week the apparatus completed final assembly and testing, then released to quality and graphics where any remaining content will be applied! Once finished it will be made ready for customer acceptance inspection!
