March 10, 2024: Springfield Fire Department’s new apparatus is now in production! This week the cab began fabrication, which may continue next week!
March 15, 2024: This week the cab completed fabrication and began the paint process! Next week the cab will continue through painting.
March 23, 2024: This week the cab continued through the paint process, which will also continue next week!
March 29, 2024: This week the cab continued through paint while the body was fabricated! Next week the cab may complete the paint process.
April 6, 2024: This week the cab completed the paint process and began initial assembly! Next week the cab will continue initial assembly while the body may begin the paint process.
April 14, 2024: This week the cab completed initial assembly, while the body began the paint process! Next week the body may continue through paint.
April 20, 2024: This week the cab and body were installed on the frame while initial assembly continued. Next week the apparatus may complete initial assembly followed by the start of final assembly!
