Equipped with a robust Hale 1500GPM pump and powered by a  Cummins X12 500hp motor, this aerial tower promises unparalleled performance and reliability. updates from the factory floor!

March 23, 2024: Merrimack FD’s Aerial Tower is now in production! This week the cab completed fabrication and began the paint process! Next week the cab may continue through paint.

March 29, 2024: This week the cab continued through paint, while the front body module began fabrication! Next week both processes will continue. 

April 6, 2024: This week the cab completed paint, the front body module completed fabrication, and the rear body module began fabrication. Next week the front body module may continue through paint!

April 14, 2024: This week the cab began initial assembly, the pump house structure was fabricated, the front body module completed paint, and the rear body module completed fabrication! Next week the cab may continue initial assembly, and the pump house structure may be painted. 

April 20, 2024: This week the cab completed initial assembly, the pump house began initial assembly, and the rear body module was staged to begin the paint process! Next week the pump house may continue initial assembly, and the rear body module may continue through paint.

April 27, 2024: This week the pump house completed initial assembly, and the rear body module completed paint! Next week the rear body module may begin initial assembly.

May 4, 2024: This week the frame build began, and the front body module completed initial assembly! Next week the rear body module may began initial assembly.

May 11, 2024: This week the the frame build continued, while the rear body module completed initial assembly. Next week the cab and pump house may be installed on the frame, and the torque box may begin initial assembly.
