March 23, 2024: Merrimack FD’s Aerial Tower is now in production! This week the cab completed fabrication and began the paint process! Next week the cab may continue through paint.

March 29, 2024: This week the cab continued through paint, while the front body module began fabrication! Next week both processes will continue.

April 6, 2024: This week the cab completed paint, the front body module completed fabrication, and the rear body module began fabrication. Next week the front body module may continue through paint!

April 14, 2024: This week the cab began initial assembly, the pump house structure was fabricated, the front body module completed paint, and the rear body module completed fabrication! Next week the cab may continue initial assembly, and the pump house structure may be painted.

April 20, 2024: This week the cab completed initial assembly, the pump house began initial assembly, and the rear body module was staged to begin the paint process! Next week the pump house may continue initial assembly, and the rear body module may continue through paint.

April 27, 2024: This week the pump house completed initial assembly, and the rear body module completed paint! Next week the rear body module may begin initial assembly.

May 4, 2024: This week the frame build began, and the front body module completed initial assembly! Next week the rear body module may began initial assembly.

May 11, 2024: This week the frame build continued, while the rear body module completed initial assembly. Next week the cab and pump house may be installed on the frame, and the torque box may begin initial assembly.

May 18, 2024: This week the body and pump house were installed on the frame, while the torque box began initial assembly. Next week the torque box may be merged with the chassis!

May 25, 2024: This week the torque box was merged with the chassis, and the rear body module was installed. The apparatus has begun final assembly! Next week the front body module may be installed, and final assembly will continue.

June 1, 2024: This week the front body module was merged while the apparatus continued final assembly! Next week the apparatus may complete final assembly and release to initial testing!

June 8, 2024: This week the apparatus completed final assembly and released to initial testing! Next week the apparatus may remain staged to continue testing.

June 15, 2024: This week the apparatus remained staged. Next week the apparatus may remain staged for aerial pin.

June 21, 2024: This week the apparatus remained staged while the aerial device arrived and began initial assembly! Next week the aerial device may continue initial assembly.

July 12, 2024: This week the apparatus completed testing followed by release to quality and graphics where any remaining content will be applied. Once finished, it will be made ready for customer acceptance inspection. This is the last scheduled report for this apparatus.
