Our EVT and ASE certified technicians provide factory-authorized warranty service and repairs for Pierce, Road Rescue, and Cummins, at our facility or in the field through our mobile service program. We know that out-of-service time isn't just an inconvenience; it's a public safety concern. Our service department is structured around getting you back in service fast.

Our parts department stocks a comprehensive inventory of emergency vehicle components, with the manufacturer relationships to source what we don't have on the shelf. Whether you need a routine maintenance part or a hard-to-find specialty component, we work urgently on your behalf.

We also offer mobile NFPA-compliant pump testing through our Draft Commander 3000® program, bringing certified testing directly to your station, on your schedule, with no disruption to your operations.
