Skeeter Rescue-Side Type 6

The Skeeter Rescue-Side is our flagship body configuration, and with more than 400 units currently in service, it has been tested and proven in real wildland applications across the country.

Where storage capacity matters most, the Rescue-Side delivers. You gain up to 50 cubic feet of additional compartment space through two extra vertical compartments, plus an optional transverse storage area that can be fully customized for backboards, a Stokes basket, long tools, cross-lays, or slide-outs. Four additional lower-body compartment options give you even more flexibility to maximize every inch of available space and organize your equipment the way your crew expects to find it.

Available on most commercial chassis, the Rescue-Side is built with the same simplicity and serviceability Skeeter is known for. It is straightforward to operate, easy to maintain, and designed to keep a smaller crew effective and offensive on the fire ground. If you are looking for a body that gives your department serious storage capability without sacrificing mobility, the Rescue-Side is worth a close look.
