A New Pierce Enforcer Pumper is in production at the Appleton, WI factory! This latest addition to the Portland, ME fleet features an enclosed pump house, 1500 GPM pump, 750 gallon water tank, 171″ ladders, Husky-3 foam system, and 25 gallon foam cell! July 26, 2024: Portland Fire Department’s new Pierce Enforcer Pumper has started production!
August 2, 2024: In this report Portland FD’s Enforcer Pumper’s cab completed fabrication and began the paint process while the frame build began.
July 26, 2024: Portland Fire Department’s new Pierce Enforcer Pumper cab has continued through paint, the frame build continued, the pump house structure was fabricated, and the body began fabrication.
August 15, 2024: In this report Portland FD’s cab completed paint. The frame build continued and the pump house began initial assembly and was staged. Next, the cab may remain staged to begin initial assembly, the frame build may continue, the pump house may continue initial assembly, and the body may begin the paint process.
August 23, 2024: Portland Fire Department’s new Pierce Enforcer Pumper cab has completed initial assembly and was installed on the frame. The pump house continued initial assembly and the body completed paint and began initial assembly.
August 30, 2024: In this report Portland FD’s pump and body was installed on the chassis followed by the start of final assembly!
September 6, 2024: Portland Fire Department’s new Pierce Enforcer Pumper has continued final assembly, once complete it will be released to test.
